Samuel holds a Master of Science in Digital Curation, PGC in Knowledge Management from Lulea University of Technology, Sweden and Bachelor of Library and Information science from Makerere University.
Samuel has 8 years of experience in Research, Data, Information and Knowledge management. He is a results orientated research analyst/KM Consultant with experience of conducting baseline surveys, Market Studies, RAPs, Monitoring Evaluation studies and IKM strategies for clients.
Samuel has previously been engaged in multi-disciplinary assignments with organizations such as OSIEA, Air water Earth, LVBC, Ministry of East African Community Affairs and Hot wire consult. He is passionate about providing high quality, cutting edge research and has an understanding of the complex profile of consumers and how business can tap directly into their habits, aspirations and attitudes of potential customers.
Timothy holds a Masters of Science in Development Economics from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance Option). He has several years of multi-disciplinary consulting experience in undertaking private sector development and economic studies, market and sector research and strategic, governance and policy reviews. Notably, some of his work experience includes investment climate assessments, regulatory compliance cost studies, impact evaluations, and corporate governance assessments and designing private sector development strategies.
Timothy has been engaged on several assignments for Government of Uganda and development agencies including—The World Bank, Department for International Development UK (DFID), UN-Habitat, The African Development Bank (AfDB) and most recently The African Legal Support Facility (ALSF).
Mr. Edward Sebina is a Research Consultant with over 18 years’ experience in this field. Following his graduation Mr. Sebina embarked on development of his professional career through acquisition of additional qualifications in Project Planning and Management and later attaining an MBA (Master in Business Administration) in 1999.
Mr. Sebina has worked as Team Leader/Consultant/Researcher on over 20 organizational development and financial management projects/studies in various sectors in Uganda, including Agriculture Tourism, and hospitality projects.
Edward has internalized key issues such as process consultation, developing competence profiles, structural intervention of organisations, individual interventions, negotiations, enhancing corporate IQ of low and middle level managers, psychological contracts, social capital and organisational citizenship behavior.
Martin has a Masters Degree in business administration from Makerere University. He has developed expertise in writing technical and financial proposals, managing, implementing and analyzing baseline and market surveys, preparing sector studies, developing and evaluating government policies, writing reports and publications for public and private sector institutions and donor funded or facilitated programs and activities.
